2016 Cloud9 New Block Blog Hop

Welcome to the 2016 Cloud9 New Block Blog Hop!

I am so pleased to be joining in the Hop today using these awesome Organic Cirrus Solids from Cloud9! The “Berry Harvest” bundle curated by our hosts (Yvonne @Quilting Jetgirl, Cheryl @Meadow Mist Designs, and Stephanie @Late Night Quilter) is just gorgeous.

Here’s how the hop will go: For the next three days, quilty bloggers will be posting new block designs and tutorials for you. And all the blocks we’ve created will be sent off to be made into quilts for charity- how cool is that?!

This block is named Off Hours, thanks to my amazing friend Mindy. I’m terrible at naming things. So when I asked for some help, Mindy immediately thought it looked like a tilted hourglass and came up with the name. I love quilty friends!
